Capital One is recruiting a Strategy Analyst Graduate to join our growing strategy teams in Nottingham or London. You’ll be based in one of our strategy groups with a buddy, mentor and manager to help you hit the ground running and you’ll lead your first project early on.

Expect rotations across teams to build well-rounded strategic thinking. We’ll train you to use coding and analytical tools and develop you into a capable business thinker and communicator, with real responsibility from day one.

Qualifications

• STEM or Economics degree in progress or completed; Maths A Level or equivalent.
• Strong quantitative and data-driven problem-solving abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication; willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

• Shape key business decisions across the customer lifecycle.
• Deliver strategic recommendations with analytical insight.
• Lead projects in rotations across strategy teams.
