Job summary

AheadMG is a UK-based change management partner delivering digital and organizational change for financial services clients. The Graduate role sits inside the Delivery Team to design, develop and deliver high-quality technology solutions for internal products and client engagements.

You will work within the Solutions Architecture function, building reliable, secure systems and translating business requirements into technical outcomes across the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and willingness to learn.
• Solid programming fundamentals; able to pick up Python and React.
• Exposure to AI and ML concepts.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features across the technology stack (SQL, Python, React).
• Work within CI/CD pipelines with automated builds and tests.
• Use AI tooling thoughtfully to accelerate delivery and ensure quality.
• Contribute to data integration work moving and reconciling data between financial systems.
• Collaborate in an agile team with consultants and clients.
