Atlassian Williams F1 Team is launching a two-year Graduate Software Engineer programme in which you join live projects and rotate across teams. You’ll work with data pipelines, bespoke software and integrations to support engineering and operations for our race team.

You will develop software that helps analyse data, automate processes and speed up decision making. This role blends hands-on coding with stakeholder collaboration and learning from leaders in motorsport.

Qualifications

• Studying a degree in Computer Science or a related field involving software development.
• Experience with programming languages such as C#, Java, C++, Python, Rust or TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions that support design, development and performance of race cars.
• Collaborate with engineers to turn data into actionable insights.
• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle and deliver high-quality tools.
