Job summary

Motorola Solutions UK Limited in Glasgow is seeking a Junior Software Developer to join our Pronto team. You will write Java and XSLT for Android applications, contribute to agile sprint ceremonies, and learn our in-house tools as you build high-quality mobile software for policing and public safety.

The role is graduate-focused, starting January 2027, with training provided. A 2:1 degree in Computing Science or Software Engineering and solid programming fundamentals are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years UK residency is required for security check.
• 2:1 degree in Computing Science, Software Engineering or similar.
• Some experience with Java and solid programming fundamentals.
