Blink is launching its Graduate Software Developer Programme in London. Over 18 months, you’ll code from day one and rotate every six months through front-end, back-end, DevOps and product in agile squads with senior engineers as mentors.

Qualifications

• Solid programming fundamentals.
• Experience with relational databases and data structures/algorithms.
• Interest in full-stack development from UI to infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Python or C++.
• Curiosity, humility and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to production code that reaches real users.
• Build scalable, reliable, and performant software.
• Learn and apply engineering best practices across the stack.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to solve meaningful problems.
• Explore different areas of the tech team via team rotations.
• Be part of the full software development lifecycle in an agile environment.
