Job summary

Relay Technologies is hiring a Graduate Software Engineer for Summer 2026 to shape core API concepts and build courier-facing software at scale. You will contribute to routing and operations research data infrastructure while gaining hands-on field experience with real-world impact.

London-based role requiring 4 days on-site in the office, with a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and scope to grow across stacks from cloud to frontend.

The Opportunity

As a Graduate Software Engineer at Relay, you will:

• Define and implement the core concepts of our API.
• Build the first versions of our courier‑facing software to guide the delivery of thousands of parcels every day.
• Help stand up our data infrastructure stack, the basis of our routing, topology management, and other core operations research tasks.
• Regularly spend time in the field learning how the technology you build impacts our couriers and parcel recipients.
