Susquehanna is seeking talented graduates to join their growing London office in September 2027. As a Software Development Graduate at Susquehanna, you will be working with senior technologists from the beginning of your programme who will act as your mentors throughout.

Your role will allow you to get involved with the development teams building cutting-edge technologies. Education and training are industry leading, with exposure to C#, C++, Python and other technologies used to build trading

Qualifications

• Strong software development skills in an object-oriented language (we use C#, C++ & Python).
• Understanding algorithms, data structures, and OO design patterns.
• Graduating in 2027 from a Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or related STEM degree.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior technologists from the start and receive mentorship.
