Graduate Software Developer (Front-End)

As a Graduate Software Developer (Front-End), you’ll be at the heart of our development team, playing a crucial role in shaping the user experience of the iungo Academy platform.

You will work alongside our senior developers and other colleagues to translate creative concepts into seamless, responsive, and engaging digital experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your skills on a variety of internal and client‑facing projects while contributing to a platform with a real‑world impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop & Maintain: Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code to build user‑facing features for the iungo Academy and other web projects.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with our UI/UX designers to implement designs and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Integrate: Liaise with back‑end developers to integrate front‑end components with server‑side logic and APIs.
  • Optimise: Ensure applications are optimised for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness across a range of devices and browsers.
  • Test & Debug: Identify and troubleshoot UI problems and bugs to improve usability and performance.
  • Document & Ship: Contribute to clear documentation for our front‑end components, style guides, and user‑facing features. You will also support the deployment process, working with our CI/CD pipeline to build, test, and ship a seamless user experience to production.
  • Learn & Grow: Actively participate in code reviews and stay up‑to‑date with emerging front‑end technologies and best practices.

We're looking for a creative problem‑solver with a genuine passion for front‑end development and a desire to learn. You should have a solid foundational knowledge of web technologies and be excited to apply it in a supportive and innovative environment.
