Reply is seeking a Graduate Software Developer for its London and Manchester offices. You will design, code, and debug applications from detailed specifications, with extensive training opportunities, hackathons, and certifications to accelerate your growth in IT consulting.

You will join a diverse team and work on projects for leading brands, gaining hands-on experience across modern languages and cloud-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a technology-related field (2.1 or higher).
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communicative abilities.
  • Advanced knowledge in software languages: Java, Python, C#, C/C++, Go, React or JavaScript.
  • Advanced knowledge using Relational Databases and SQL.
  • Interest in Networks and Cybersecurity and cloud-based solutions.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally across projects.

Responsibilities

  • Defining and documenting operating procedures.
  • Create technical design specifications and implement details.
  • Support the general delivery process on projects and assist with on-site activities.
  • Analyse a client's organisation, requirements, and produce recommendations and time/cost estimates.

As a software developer, you'll develop new systems and applications on the basis of detailed specifications which will include designing, coding and debugging of applications. Responsibilities:

  • Defining and documenting operating procedures

  • Understanding and analysing a client's organisation/operation and requirements in order to produce recommendations, technical design documents and time/cost estimates

About the candidate:

  • A minimum Bachelor's degree (2.1 or higher) is required in IT, Computer Science, or in a Technology-related field
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Strong inter-personal and communicative skills
  • Advanced knowledge in software languages like Java, Python, C#, C/C++, Go, React or JavaScript
  • Advanced knowledge using Relational Databases and SQL
  • Interest in Networks and Cybersecurity as well as in cloud-based solutions
  • Flexible regarding local and international travelling as well as working across different projects
