Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Graduate Software Developer for the 2027 intake across UK offices. You will join a scrum team to design, develop and maintain software for a diverse client base, writing clean, tested code and supporting live systems.

Hybrid working from Capgemini offices or client sites, with learning opportunities and pre-employment checks. A 2:2 degree in CS or STEM and a bootcamp background are eligible for consideration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS or STEM required or studying towards; must complete before start date.
  • Bootcamp with recognized program (Code First Girls, Code Your Future, Firebrand, Revolent, Powerup or Power Platform School) considered.
  • Experience with at least one programming language and related frameworks/tools; ability to write readable, tested code.
