Our IT team designs and supports digital systems that power our nationwide operations, driving innovation and efficiency across the business. We are now looking for a Graduate Software Developer to join our Digital Development team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and technically minded graduate to build their career in software development within a supportive, collaborative, and forward-thinking environment.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in the design, development, and testing of new and existing software systems using C# and VB.
  • Support, maintain, and enhance self-developed applications, resolving issues and implementing improvements.
  • Contribute to process and standards reviews to ensure consistent software quality and best practice.
  • Apply object-oriented design principles and support the documentation of all development activity.
  • Use internal change control systems effectively and maintain accurate development records.
  • Work collaboratively with developers, testers, and business users to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.
What We’re Looking For
  • Degree or HND in Computer Science or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience or strong understanding of C# .NET and Microsoft Visual Studio.
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and object-oriented methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing IT environment.
