The Graduate Programme

Join us to kickstart your career in Software Development! We are seeking recent graduates (who have graduated between 2022-2024) with a passion for JAVA and PYTHON coding. The Graduate Programme at Accolite offers an extensive and continuous training regimen in relevant technologies, as well as in banking and financial services topics. You'll engage in an 8‑week full‑stack training program covering Microservices & APIs, UI test‑driven development, database management, and Azure fundamentals.

• Reporting to the Development Manager, you will be involved in the design, development, modification, and maintenance of software products.
• Your initial engagement will be with one of our key clients, working in the financial services industry for a Fortune 100 global investment bank.
