Job description

As a graduate, you'll be at the heart of the project, gaining invaluable hands‑on experience for you to thrive in an evolving industry. During the programme you will have the opportunity to:

Responsibilities
  • Work on programmes of works set out by the Contracts Manager or Site Manager
  • Having a clear understanding of planned work and communicating this to the team/subcontractor
  • Creating and maintaining accurate site reports
  • Assisting in overseeing all activities on site
  • Managing resources of the project to maximise output and deliver to programme
  • Controlling various subcontract packages
  • Regularly reviewing the team progress against programme and conducting Site inductions
  • Enforcing health and safety policies in line with the Company policies and procedures
  • Attending subcontractor site progress meetings
  • Quality inspections
Qualifications
  • Hold a bachelor's degree, HNC/HND in Construction or a relevant discipline
  • Be willing to travel and work away from home within the UK
  • Sound Commercial Awareness
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • High levels of organisational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent numerical, IT and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work on initiative with minimum supervision
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
