Laing O'Rourke is recruiting graduates for its Graduate Development Programme to become Site Engineers on major construction projects across the UK. You will work within the site engineering team under guidance of Section and Senior Engineers, gaining practical experience and professional accreditation.

Ideal candidates are civil engineering graduates, curious, safety‑minded and eager to contribute to the delivery of innovative, complex projects while developing technical and leadership skills

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree or related construction discipline.
• Foundational knowledge of setting out and dimensional control.
• Willingness to travel and work on site across the UK.

Responsabilités

• Assist in technical management and delivery of major construction projects.
• Set out data transfer from 2D CAD and Digital Engineering model to instruments.
• Interpret as-built surveys and produce reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.
• Coordinate with project team and support TWC/TWS when required.
