A leading construction firm is seeking a Graduate Site Engineer for a two-year development program starting in September 2026 in Peterborough. This is a hands-on role offering experience in managing civil engineering projects, collaborating on technical challenges, and contributing to site operations. The ideal candidate is a final-year or recent civil/mechanical engineering graduate, eager to learn and develop professionally, including obtaining relevant qualifications.

We are looking for a Graduate Site Engineer to join our Infrastructure @one Alliance team in Peterborough to support the planning, coordination, and execution of civil, mechanical, or electrical works on water and wastewater sites. This is a hands‑on, site‑based role offering exposure to major infrastructure projects, cutting‑edge technologies and the chance to build a meaningful career.
Programme start date: September 2026.
Interviews: The Assessment Centre for this role will take place in person on Wednesday 3 rd December 2025.
