Job summary

Protocol Education are recruiting a Graduate SEND Learning Mentor to work within a specialist SEND school in Gateshead. This role offers graduates the chance to gain practical experience supporting children and young people before progressing into teaching or psychology related careers.

You'll provide 1:1 and small-group support, assist with lessons, and help pupils with autism, ADHD and SEMH needs while developing communication, behaviour management and pastoral skills. CPD is provided.

Qualifications

• Graduates with a degree in the listed disciplines.
• Desire to gain SEND/behavioural support experience.
• DBS check and safeguarding training may be required per policy.

Protocol Education are recruiting a Graduate SEND Learning Mentor to work within a specialist SEND school in Gateshead.

The role is ideal for graduates who want to gain practical experience supporting children and young people before progressing into careers such as Teaching, Educational Psychology, Speech & Language Therapy or Children's Mental Health.

Location: Gateshead
Pay: £92.63–£105 per day
Contract: Full-time, Long-Term
