Job summary

Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking energetic Graduate SEN Teaching Assistants to support students in primary, SEN and secondary schools. You will work with classes and individuals, helping to improve understanding and behaviour while forming strong relationships with pupils.

You will have the autonomy to choose assignments and working times, enjoying short, flexible days and supportive consultant teams. A DBS check is required and salaries are competitive.

Qualifications

• Form meaningful relationships with students.
• Confident in behaviour management and de-escalation.
• Willing to engage in a variety of jobs within the role.

Responsibilities

• Work with classes and individuals to support teaching in secondary classrooms.
• Help to increase student understanding and engagement.
• Act as a bridge between teachers and students who may be struggling.
