An outstanding school in Bracknell is seeking a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive and dynamic team ASAP. Key Responsibilities as a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant:
  • Support children with a variety of special educational needs in both 1:1 and group settings
  • Help implement personalised learning plans designed by the class teacher and SENCo
  • Encourage and promote inclusion and independence among pupils
  • Adapt learning materials and activities to meet each student's individual needs
  • Work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and families to support student progress
