Step Into Teaching Limited is seeking a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant in Enfield to support students with a range of Special Educational Needs. You will work closely with teachers to deliver inclusive lessons and provide targeted one-to-one or small group support, helping students thrive and progress.

The role starts Sept 2026 for an academic year, four days per week, term-time only, with a daily pay of £113.

Qualifications

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in any subject.
• Genuine passion for working with young people, especially those with additional needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with students with a range of Special Educational Needs, providing tailored support.
• Assist teachers in planning and delivering inclusive lessons.
• Provide one-to-one and small group interventions to support academic and emotional development.
• Help create a positive and supportive learning environment for all students.
• Collaborate with staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
