Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process: build your client base and partner with leading tech companies
• Advise businesses on hiring strategy, talent markets and growth plans
• Source top tech talent via LinkedIn, job boards and outreach
• Develop long‑term partnerships with clients and candidates
• Guide clients and candidates through the full interview process
• Grow existing relationships and maintain strong accounts
