Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd in Bristol is offering a Graduate Outbound Sales Consultant position to launch a long-term career in field sales. You’ll receive structured training, real responsibility from day one, and a clear progression path.

The Role

Based in Bristol, this is a fast-paced, phone-based role dedicated to delivering outstanding service and value to a defined territory of trade customers.Working closely with an External Area Sales Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, ensuring each customer receives consistent, proactive support.

You’ll build strong relationships, develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business, and provide tailored solutions that help them grow.
