Job summary

Flourish is seeking a Graduate Sales Executive to join its ambitious sales team in a fast-paced commercial environment. The role offers a £32,000 base salary with a realistic first-year OTE of £8,000-£12,000, plus an uncapped bonus and commission scheme.

Comprehensive onboarding and a structured career development plan are provided to support progression into Account Management and Business Development roles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting activities via phone, email, and social platforms.
• Identify and qualifying potential customers.
• Schedule meetings for the senior sales team.
• Build rapport with prospective clients.
• Follow up on enquiries and quotations.
• Support customer retention initiatives.
• Reactivate previous customer accounts.
• Update and maintain CRM records.
• Work towards individual and team-based targets.
