Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is launching a Graduate Development Program in the UK and seeks a talented Graduate Risk Manager to join the Risk Management function.

You’ll work on major projects, learn to identify and manage risks, and be mentored by senior professionals to build a pathway in risk and project controls. The program provides structured training, development opportunities, and exposure to complex challenges, with a September 2027 start date and a hybrid work model across Jacobs

About the opportunity

We are seeking to hire a talented Graduate Risk Manager to join our growing Risk Management function.

Our team helps clients deliver major projects and programmes with confidence. We work across a variety of sectors, supporting organisations to identify, assess and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle. By embedding structure risk approaches, we reduce uncertainty, improve resilience, and enable informed decisions to be made senior leaders through insightful data.

As a Graduate Risk Manager, you will:
