Job summary

Menzies LLP is offering a Risk Assurance and Advisory Graduate programme based in The Cube, Birmingham. You will join a team providing governance, risk management and control insights to not-for-profit and public sector clients.

The programme includes full study support towards ACCA or CIA qualifications, with structured career development and a diverse, inclusive culture. The role starts January 2027 on a fixed-term basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 undergraduate degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 2 A levels (A-C) and one other A level or equivalent.
• 5 GCSEs grades A*-C or 9-4 (incl Maths and English).
• Collaborative and adaptable; able to absorb new information; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in governance, risk management and control processes.
• Evaluate risk management effectiveness for not-for-profit and public sector clients.
• Support study towards ACCA or CIA qualifications.
• Contribute to strategic planning and value-for-money reviews.
