Job summary

High Finance (UK) Limited T/A HFG is seeking a proactive graduate for a front-row seat in London Market reinsurance, collaborating with brokers, reinsurers and internal teams to shape decisions that affect risk and profitability.

You will support placement and renewal of ceded reinsurance programmes, analyse options, prepare renewal submissions and produce data-driven insights on programme performance, in a fast-paced, analytically driven environment.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years' experience; background in insurance or the London/Lloyd's market is a strong plus.
• A Maths (or highly numerate) background, with an A/A at A-Level Maths essential
• Sharp analytical skills and comfort interrogating data
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A genuine appetite to learn fast in a dynamic, analytically driven environment
