Academics are searching for a Graduate or experienced Resourcer to join our Education Team starting ASAP. Academics have been working with the local schools in Cardiff for the past 10 years.

Our Education Recruitment Consultants provide teachers, teaching assistants and school support staff to over a thousand Primary and Secondary schools every day in the UK, for both short and long-term assignments.

Role responsibilities

• 180 Recruitment Role - Resourcing side
• Advertising on job boards & CV searching
• Pre-screening candidates
• Completing compliance checks to a Gold Standard
• Meeting candidates face to face for registration
• Liaising with consultants to place your candidates in bookings
• Shadowing consultants preparing for your progression into consultant role
