Job Title: Graduate Recruitment Manager

Location: City of London

Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working (4 days in office)

The firm

Our client is a prominent US international law firm with a long-standing reputation for excellence, this organisation advises clients on high-stakes corporate transactions, litigation, regulatory matters, and private equity across key global markets. Known for its collaborative culture and commitment to professional development, this firm has a strong emphasis on innovation, diversity and client service.

The role

In your new role as Graduate Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for managing the graduate recruitment and development function of the firm. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the full lifecycle of trainee recruitment.
  • Advertising, screening applications, coordinating interviews and overseeing vacation schemes.
  • Leading the seat allocation process to ensure trainees gain balanced exposure.
  • Working closely with the Senior Professional Development Manager and other internal stakeholders to ensure the continued success of the trainee programme.

What do you need?

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

  • Strong experience working within Graduate Recruitment at a US Law firm or Magic and Silver Circle Law firm.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks quickly and efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organised and process driven with the desire to take ownership of projects and responsibilities.
