A leading recruitment consultancy in Norwich is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join their team. This full-time role offers a starting salary of £25,000, with an OTE of £35,000. We are seeking a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join us in Norwich City Centre Team. Working within our growing USA team you will work with a range of clients in the Space Engineering, Aerospace, AI and Datacentre markets.
This is a full-time role (38 hours per week), with three of the days working 10am to 7pm (UK Time) to facilitate calls with clients and candidates in the USA.
You will be a recent graduate, with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed in a career in business. Your CV will demonstrate success either in the working environment or from extra-curricular activities. You'll be able to quickly learn to use a variety of platforms and tools to search for and engage with potential clients and candidates e.g. CV Databases, LinkedIn Recruiter and our client's recruitment portals.
Starting basic salary £25,000
Uncapped commission scheme providing “on target earnings” s of £35,000 at 12 month service.
Terrific working environment in Fuel Studios in Norwich City Centre - showers, secure cycle sheds, kitchens, break out area with Play Station, Table Tennis etc…
Hybrid working - After your induction period you will have the option to work Wednesday and Fridays from home working (though you are welcome to be in the office 5 days a week. You'll be providing with a laptop and office docking station so it's up to you)
