Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Norwich (USA Technology Recruitment)

£25,000 + commission (first year OTE £35,000)

Langham Recruitment is a respected IT / Technology Recruitment Consultancy, placing IT professionals into an impressive range of information technology and advanced engineering companies in the UK and USA.

We are seeking a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join us in Norwich City Centre Team. Working within our growing USA team you will work with a range of clients in the Space Engineering, Aerospace, AI and Datacentre markets.

This is a full-time role (38 hours per week), with three of the days working 10am to 7pm (UK Time) to facilitate calls with clients and candidates in the USA.

Responsibilities
  • Taking requirements from hiring managers on Video Meeting meetings
  • Advertising vacancies by creating compelling recruitment advertisements
  • Speaking to job applicants, understanding their requirements, and sending their CVs / profiles to companies who hire for their skills.
  • Utilising LinkedIn Recruiter to map companies and relevant candidates
  • Sourcing and messaging candidates about the vacancies you are working on.
  • Briefing candidates on our clients and their vacancies.
  • Managing the recruitment process by arranging interviews, preparing and debriefing candidates, sending feedback, managing job offers and making placements.
  • Becoming an expert in the IT recruitment sector by learning about the skills and technologies our clients are hiring for, sector trends, availability of skills etc…
  • Relationship Management with key stakeholders e.g. candidates, clients, line managers, their team and support services, HR Departments etc…
  • Compiling and sending marketing projects using email marketing and LinkedIn to promote candidates with “in demand” skills to potential companies and hiring managers.
  • Selling Langham Recruitment's services to potential hiring companies in video meetings, phone calls and Langham client events.
About You

You will be a recent graduate, with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed in a career in business. Your CV will demonstrate success either in the working environment or from extra-curricular activities. You'll be able to quickly learn to use a variety of platforms and tools to search for and engage with potential clients and candidates e.g. CV Databases, LinkedIn Recruiter and our client's recruitment portals.

Package

Starting basic salary £25,000

Uncapped commission scheme providing “on target earnings” s of £35,000 at 12 month service.

Terrific working environment in Fuel Studios in Norwich City Centre - showers, secure cycle sheds, kitchens, break out area with Play Station, Table Tennis etc…

Hybrid working - After your induction period you will have the option to work Wednesday and Fridays from home working (though you are welcome to be in the office 5 days a week. You'll be providing with a laptop and office docking station so it's up to you)

Staff entertainment - nights out / lunch clubs etc…
