Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd. is hiring a Junior Recruitment Consultant in Bristol City Centre. The role offers a £26,000 starting salary plus uncapped commission and a full training programme to build your career from day one.

You will join a fast-growing construction division, develop client relationships across the UK, source and screen candidates, and progress through a merit-based pathway to management and director roles. No prior recruitment experience required, just ambition and drive.

Qualifications

• College or Uni Graduate or graduating soon; sales or customer-facing experience advantageous.
• Competitive, ambitious and motivated to achieve work/personal goals.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and confident communicator.
• Looking for genuine long-term career progression.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build relationships with leading engineering and construction businesses across the UK.
• Develop your own client portfolio through business development and consultative sales.
• Source and screen skilled candidates, project managing the interview/offer process.
• Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Become a recognised specialist within your field.
