Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Bristol City Centre. This office-based role offers a base salary of £28,000 plus full training, uncapped commission, and ongoing development.

You will manage the whole recruitment process from prospecting to placement, with rapid progression to management as you prove your abilities. The role is heavily focused on cold calling, building a client base, and supporting candidates through the interview process.

Qualifications

• No recruitment experience required; full training provided.
• Willingness to make 100–150 cold calls per day.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from start to finish.
• Source candidates and liaise with clients to understand requirements.
• Provide strong candidate support throughout the interview process.
