This is a sales focused desk where resilience, patience and drive are key. You will need to be comfortable with the challenges of building a market, but the rewards are significant.

We are open to ambitious graduates and career changers even if you have never worked in recruitment or sales before. If you are determined, motivated and keen to learn we will give you the training, support and platform to build a successful career.

You'll be working alongside existing recruiters to source, interview and manage candidates alongside identifying and winning clients.

Alongside an above average commission scheme, early Friday finish and professional qualifications you'll also get high end dining experience, 2 holidays per year and Summer & Christmas Parties.

Job responsibilities:
  • Identifying and managing client relationships to include sales outreach and client meetings
  • Building candidate pipelines and projects to identify key engineering talent
  • Taking candidates to market
