Our client in the hospitality management education industry is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Advisor to support international recruitment efforts targeting graduate students and professionals interested in hospitality education. The role focuses on promoting a portfolio of Master of Science programs through to the DBA for senior executives. The Advisor builds and maintains relationships with potential applicants and key contacts, including university counselors and industry professionals, and represents the institution at recruitment fairs, hospitality events, and University partnerships. The Advisor guides candidates through the application process and contributes to recruitment projects and improvements.

  • Represent the institution at industry events, conferences, and recruitment fairs.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and key industry contacts.
  • Guide prospective students through the entire application process, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
  • Support marketing initiatives and coordinate the timely distribution of promotional materials.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, conduct screening interviews, and assess applicant eligibility.
  • Track recruitment metrics and contribute insights for continuous process optimization and reporting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, recruitment, customer service, or business development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
  • Goal-oriented and proactive, thriving in fast-paced and collaborative environments.
  • Customer-focused approach with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools; experience with HubSpot is an advantage.
  • Experience or interest in leveraging social media for professional outreach and recruitment.
  • Flexibility to travel within Europe periodically, including some weekends.
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language (German, Spanish, or Italian at C1 level); any other EU language is considered an asset.
