Job summary

Latham & Watkins LLP in London seeks an Associate Recruiting Coordinator – Graduates to support graduate and trainee recruitment from campus outreach through onboarding. The role sits in our London office and offers a hybrid/office presence with flexible scheduling.

You will coordinate selection processes, assessment centers, and regional programs, ensuring smooth candidate experiences and high-quality data. A Bachelor’s degree and legal recruitment experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in legal recruitment or professional services preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of graduate and trainee recruitment in London, from attraction and campus engagement to assessment, hiring, onboarding, and program delivery.
• Coordinate selection, assessment, and program logistics, including scheduling, communications, mentors, and orientation.
• Plan and support regional recruiting programs such as vacation schemes, open days, first-year programs, campus ambassador initiatives, and assessment centers.
• Coordinate external recruiting activities and represent the firm at events as appropriate.
• Lead the Campus Ambassador Program and maintain relationships with campus societies and vendors.
