We are seeking money-hungry, driven, self-motivated trainee recruitment consultants to join our team. Sourcing candidates, managing the interview process, negotiating and closing offers. This is a truly entry-level role - you will be provided with industry-leading training, support and resources to be highly successful in recruitment.

Key responsibilities of the role:
  • Managing the entire candidate recruitment process
  • Identify & qualify: source and approach potential candidates in a telephone-based environment, assessing their suitability against specific client requirements
  • Resource: utilise job boards, internal database and social media to find high-quality professionals
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities & generating leads
Day-to-day activities will include:
  • Sourcing and screening candidates globally
  • Building relationships with candidates and existing/new clients
  • Negotiating offersUpdating and maintaining our in-house database
  • Learning about technology and global financial markets
