We are seeking ambitious, driven, self-motivated trainee recruitment consultants to join our team. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, managing the interview process, negotiating, and closing offers. We provide industry-leading training, support, and resources to help you succeed in recruitment.

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Managing the entire candidate recruitment process
• Identifying and qualifying candidates: sourcing and approaching potential candidates via phone, assessing suitability against client requirements
• Utilizing job boards, internal databases, and social media to find high-quality professionals
• Proactively seeking new business opportunities and generating leads

Day-to-day activities include:

• Sourcing and screening candidates globally
• Building relationships with candidates and clients
• Negotiating offers
• Updating and maintaining our in-house database
• Learning about technology and global financial markets

• University education or experience in sales/target-driven environments
