CFO Insights, based in London, is seeking a Graduate Recruiter to own the end-to-end recruitment process and help scale talent across the organization. You will work onsite at our London HQ, partnering with leadership to shape recruiting strategy and execution.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with outstanding results.
• UK work permit.
• Curious about and passionate about working with people.
• Willing to speak with people ranging from students to executives.
• Natural ability to make people feel comfortable around you.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of recruitment: role profiling, sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, interview scripts, and interviews.
• Build a strong employer brand and attract both obvious talents and covert talents.
• Own developing and automating our recruiting processes.
• Improve onboarding in collaboration with management.
