Boeing Defence UK (BDUK) is seeking a Graduate RCM Engineer to support new business opportunities and existing product platforms, primarily focusing on fixed and rotor wing aircraft. BDUK, a subsidiary of the Boeing Company, currently employs over 1,400 people in the UK. We are responsible for delivering several exciting contracts to our UK defence customers, including new capabilities such as theE-7 AEW&Cand theP-8A Maritime Patrol Aircraft, as well asAutonomous Systems,C4ISR Services,Support for the Chinook & Apache Fleets,Logistic Information Services, andTraining Services. We are very much in a growth phase.

Engineering Function
The BDUK engineering function operates within a matrix organization, consisting of various engineering departments that deliver technical skills, expertise, and products into our programs. This role will be situated in theProduct Support Engineering Department, which encompasses the following technical areas:
As an Graduate RCM Engineer, you will leverage your experience to facilitate and implement RCM philosophies and techniques while ensuring compliance with the appropriate regulatory standards. You will report to theBDUK Support Engineering Managerand receive technical support from theRCM Technical Leadand other capability specialists within the department.
The successful candidate will be expected to undergo an Intrusive Security Clearance Process, which will require 5 years uninterrupted residency in the UK prior to applying.
