Job summary

Arcadis in Leeds offers a two-year Graduate GROW Programme that moves you from student to professional by contributing to real client projects from day one. You will build technical expertise while developing business acumen through centrally delivered training and diverse project work alongside supportive managers.

As a consultant, you’ll join a diverse team, liaise with clients, and pursue opportunities to broaden your experience and skills while embracing virtual working where possible.

Qualifications

• You will be graduating in 2027 or have recently graduated in 2026, with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
• You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player
• You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (where possible we embrace virtual working)
