A dynamic and multi-disciplinary property consultancy is looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding agency and development team in Leeds. This role offers a great opportunity for a graduate Quantity Surveyor with some experience or someone ready to take the next step in their career within a supportive and fast-paced environment. The team works across a wide range of sectors including office, industrial, retail, leisure, student accommodation and residential. The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will gain exposure to a broad spectrum of development and cost management work, supporting the delivery of projects from inception to completion. The role offers strong progression opportunities, with support from senior professionals and a clear route to chartership.

Responsibilities
  • Support senior surveyors in cost planning, estimating and procurement.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and contract administration.
  • Participate in valuations, variations and project cost reporting.
  • Attend site visits and client meetings.
  • Progress towards APC and long‑term professional development.
Requirements
  • BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying or a similar construction‑related degree.
  • Previous experience in a QS or development role is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Strong communication and team‑working skills.
  • A proactive approach with a willingness to learn.
  • Interest in both commercial and residential development sectors.
