We are proud to be a platinum member of the 5% club member based on the quality of training and development of our ‘earn as you learn’ opportunities.

What will you be doing?

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with your line manager to assist in the commercial administration, reporting and performance on a single large project or several smaller schemes.

You will:

  • Assist in the management of change in accordance with the form of contract, including the production and submission of Compensation Event Quotations and the maintenance of detailed schedules of value
  • Provide information to the Commercial team to assist in the production of monthly payment applications to the Client
  • Liaise with operational and engineering staff to maintain site records
  • Collate and calculate information required to assist the Commercial team in the production and maintenance of a detailed ‘cost to complete’ including schedules of Subcontractor ‘liabilities’

This role is available for a September 2027 start, with the possibility of an earlier start date to suit yourself and the business.

As part of the graduate programme you will be expected to work in and around the location advertised, with the possibility for expanding travel to other projects and locations in the future. This may include staying away from home.

What’s next?

We believe recruitment should be human. Every application is reviewed personally by a member of our team, not screened out by artificial intelligence (AI). If we use AI tools at any stage of the process, we’ll let you know what they’re being used for and why. In return, we ask for you to be yourself, we’re interested in your experiences, motivations and potential, so we encourage applications written in your own voice.

Step 2: Applicants who pass an initial screening stage will be invited to complete a pre‑recorded video interview where you will be asked questions that allow you to showcase who you are; these will include self‑awareness, curiosity and innovation, and your ability to articulate yourself well.

Step 3: The final stage of our interview process is an assessment centre made up of an individual interview, dynamic group tasks and a meet the team session to answer any questions you may have about the role or team you would be joining.

While we work hard to keep you updated with your application every step of the way, due to the high volume of applications and assessment centres taking place, please be mindful that there may be a delay at some stages in the process.
