Qualifications

  • Studying towards or have completed a Quantity Surveying degree.
  • Driving licence required for site visits.

Responsibilities

  • Help minimise costs to ensure profitability.
  • Build relationships and negotiate with contractors.
  • Support site measurement and completion of records.
  • Procure trade contract packages and prepare documents.
  • Assist with subcontract package procurement.
  • Measure and quantify works for cost validation.
