Graduate Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with cost planning, estimating, and tender preparation
  • Support the procurement process and evaluation of contractor bids
  • Assist in contract administration under JCT and NEC forms
  • Help with valuations, variations, and financial reporting
  • Attend site visits and project meetings
  • Work closely with senior surveyors and project managers across all stages of the project
Graduate Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements
  • A degree (or working towards) in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • Some placement or internship experience within a consultancy is desirable
  • Strong communication and numerical skills
  • Eagerness to learn and progress professionally
  • Interest in working towards MRICS chartership
