Your Role as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor

Joining this main contractor means becoming part of a supportive, close‑knit team where you’ll gain hands‑on experience from day one. You’ll work on‑site alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors and Project teams, learning how real projects come to life — and playing an active role in their success.

This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your degree knowledge in a practical setting, while developing the technical and interpersonal skills you’ll need for a long‑term career in construction.

  • Hold a BSc in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management (or other construction related degree).
  • Share the company values of teamwork, integrity, and proactive problem‑solving.
  • Have strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

  • Structured Graduate Development Programme with tailored technical and soft‑skill training.
  • Mentorship from a Senior Director with quarterly progress reviews.
  • Monthly Management Trainee Forums on key industry topics such as Sustainability, Contract Law, and Presentation Skills.
  • Opportunities to gain experience across different departments.
