A leading global consultancy is offering a structured Graduate GROW Programme in Slough, designed to develop professionals in cost and commercial management. Overview

Arcadis’s Graduate GROW Programme is a structured 3‑year programme designed to help you evolve and develop skills to become an experienced professional in your chosen field. You’ll benefit from training and development, mentoring, and assistance for accreditations relevant to your programme, as well as the support and guidance you need to develop and succeed.

Role Responsibilities
  • Assist in all aspects of cost and commercial management across all sectors, from initial tender to final account and close‑out.
  • Support clients with cost estimation, project planning, procurement and cost management, providing advice on project finances and contractual relationships.
  • Monitor budgets and costs throughout the project lifecycle, utilising data and providing cost insights, keeping the client and project team informed.
  • Deliver high‑quality cost information and cost insights to support decision‑making.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Graduating in 2026 or recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master’s or bachelor’s degree.
  • BSc or MSc in a RICS accredited degree such as Quantity Surveying, Property, Real Estate or similar, or other relevant masters e.g. Economics, Statistics, Law, Architecture, Data processing, Artificial intelligence, Business studies and Accounting.
  • Typical Arcadian skills: resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and teamwork.
  • Excellent communication skills, the ability to use technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
  • Willing to travel and stay away from home when required.
