Overview

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will work as part of a team to maintain commercial information associated with the contract. You will be accountable for maximising revenue opportunities through contract and operational information assessments and keeping accurate records of sales data.

Responsibilities

• Be commercially responsible for monitoring a high volume of low value work orders with the aim of maximising commercial performance to meet KPI deadlines
• Track, manage and report sales data, keeping to a weekly timetable
• Work closely with the operational teams to deliver and manage performance against commercial targets
• Display proficient use of Microsoft Excel
• Monitor commercial performance against business targets and Framework KPI’s
• Review contract documents and resolve disputes as they occur
• Communicate regularly and professionally with colleagues across all departments in person and on Microsoft Teams

Experience and Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Quantity Surveying or other commercially related discipline
• Negotiation and influencing skills
• Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
• Full UK Driving licence
• Strong commercial acumen
