A leading infrastructure organization in Maidstone is seeking a Quantity Surveyor Graduate to join their three-year programme. You will gain hands-on experience in commercial management and work towards becoming a Chartered Quantity Surveyor. The ideal candidate should hold a RICS accredited degree and have the right to work in the UK. Join our three-year Quantity Surveying Graduate Programme and work towards becoming a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). You’ll gain hands‑on experience across key infrastructure projects, building commercial skills that are valued worldwide. Through a series of placements, you’ll be supported by experienced Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers who’ll mentor you and help plan your development.
You’ll contribute to real projects, act as an ambassador for Quantity Surveying, and play a key role in delivering value across the Strategic Road Network.
Our graduate programmes offer a mix of hands‑on experience, workshops, and real‑world learning. You’ll have a dedicated manager, support from experienced mentors, and flexible work arrangements to help you thrive. You’ll also be part of our Early Careers community, connecting with peers, sharing ideas, and building your network. When the programme wraps up, we’ll support you in landing a permanent role in the business.

The Graduate Assessment Centres will run in January and February 2026, and you’ll hear back soon after about whether you’ve secured a place.
