Join our three-year Quantity Surveying Graduate Programme and work towards becoming a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). You’ll gain hands‑on experience across key infrastructure projects, building commercial skills that are valued worldwide. Through a series of placements, you’ll be supported by experienced Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers who’ll mentor you and help plan your development.

• Stakeholder engagement

You’ll contribute to real projects, act as an ambassador for Quantity Surveying, and play a key role in delivering value across the Strategic Road Network.

Eligibility

• Hold (or will achieve before the programme start) a 2:2 or above in a RICS accredited degree discipline such as Quantity Surveying or a Masters in Quantity Surveying (RICS accredited)
• Be able to attend a 4‑day induction from 7th – 10th September 2026
• Hold an unrestricted Right to Work in the UK for the full duration of the programme. Due to the salary level of this role, we cannot offer sponsorship for the position for individuals that don't have the Right to Work in the UK.

Assessment Centres

The Graduate Assessment Centres will run in January and February 2026, and you’ll hear back soon after about whether you’ve secured a place.

All offers to the programme are subject to satisfactory completion of pre‑employment checks, including Right to Work, reference, and DBS criminal record checks.
