Job summary

Sir Robert McAlpine Ltd. is launching a graduate programme across UK projects, starting September 2027. Graduates will join live project teams, gaining real hands-on experience toward chartered status.

You’ll rotate across projects, sectors and specialisms, with a clear route to ICE or RICS chartership and four dedicated professional development days each year.
