What you'll be doing?

Project Finance Control and Reporting

• You will be delivering effective management information on commercial activity
• Producing reports for the month end commercial & financial reports, including supplier and subcontractor cost liabilities and accruals on each project
• Highlight variances from budgets on each project and identify cause & effects
• Monitoring cash management
• Submitting monthly project performance documents, maintaining subcontractor commitment trackers and maintaining invoicing plans

Contract Admin/Commercial Management

• Preparing and issuing formal written instructions to suppliers and subcontractors in line with agreed contracts
• Preparing, submitting, negotiating and agreeing variations with client, suppliers and subcontractors
• Managing subcontractor payment processes in liaison with the accounts department
• Analyzing monthly interim applications and issuing payment certificates to suppliers and subcontractors
• Negotiating and agreeing final accounts with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
