Susquehanna is seeking a Graduate Quantitative Researcher for London to join a rigorous research programme. You will participate in problem formulation, modelling, backtesting, iteration, implementation, and monitoring of trading strategies.

You'll apply probability, statistics, numerical analysis, stochastic optimisation and machine learning to develop refined strategies, combining university work with trading games and project work. No finance background required; rolling hiring.

Qualifications

• Recent or upcoming research master's or PhD graduates, or postdocs, in a quantitative discipline.
• Strong mathematical modelling and data interpretation.
• Research depth, analytical precision, and attention to detail.
• Clear communication and collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Work across the quantitative-research lifecycle: problem conceptualisation, modelling, backtesting, iteration, implementation, and monitoring.
