Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative discipline with strong computational/problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or KDB+/q.
• Demonstrated software development experience in any setting.
• Familiarity with Linux and Git.
• Ability to work with AI tools to augment development and analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• High curiosity and quick learning ability.

Responsibilities

• Apply quantitative reasoning and software engineering to support investment research and trading.
• Translate business and research requirements into scalable data workflows.
• Collaborate with researchers to design efficient alpha-generation workflows.
• Contribute to data analytics and tooling across asset classes.
• Develop and maintain libraries and frameworks used globally by researchers and traders.
• Work with teams across Investment and Technology departments.
• Gradually take ownership of technical components with direct impact.
